PlaceholderAPI

Quick Start: Connect your other plugins.

The connection runs both ways: other plugins' placeholders work inside JManhunt text (sidebars, nametags, messages), and every JManhunt placeholder works anywhere else as %jmanhunt_<key>%. The full key shelf is Placeholders.

How parsing works

  • {name} tries the JManhunt engine first, then PlaceholderAPI.
  • %name% goes strictly to PlaceholderAPI.
  • Placeholders nest inside out, up to 15 passes, so a placeholder that returns another placeholder still resolves.

Setup

Install PlaceholderAPI and restart. Nothing else to configure.

Verify

Put any %jmanhunt_<key>% from Placeholders into another plugin's text (a scoreboard, a hologram) and confirm it renders. Then put one outside placeholder into a JManhunt sidebar line and confirm it renders there too.
